IP Echo Server © - Transparent Software TCP/IP Traffic Monitor.

IP Echo Server was originally written as a solution to track and identify mail routing issues at one of KVK Consultancy's client sites. It was designed as a opaque software TCP/IP router which could watch server traffic and log any issues identifed. Its primary purpose when it was originally written was to log failed mailbox logon attempts and to record these events to the system event log with state data and timestamp so that an intermittant email access issue could be resolved.
